Gaucho (City)

We visited at 10pm on Fri 10 Feb 05 and although they were extremely busy, they found us a table immediately.

Service was a little slow as the waitresses, seemed to be run off thier feet, but the Steak was worth waiting for.

My wife ordered the Beefburger - well done and it was exactly that!! Be careful when requesting how you want your meat cooked!

All round very good with a nice atmosphere!

Gordon Ramsay's Boxwood Cafe

We visited this restaurant Sunday 12 Feb and were very impressed. From the moment you enter the building, the staff are very attentive, without being too intrusive and very freindly.

The food was outstanding I can recommend the Rib Eye beef which was cooked to perfection, with oversized Yorkshire Pud and wonderful Horseradish sauce, every mouth-full was a delight. The Baileys Creme Brulee for desert was of ample portion and delicious, my wife had a banana and bread and butter ice cream with chololate sauce which she really enjoyed.

This was a real treat and we will be visiting at every opportunity when in London.
