First visit last night w/ my wife and a friend. I think we all came away thinking there are some fantastic things and some good, not great things, that we all anticipated due to the superstar reviews.

The food was a bit hit and miss.

Hits: Pig-head, pork porchetta, and pea soup starters. Chocolate soup and waffle desserts.

Wines by the carafe is a wonderful idea. Very good value for the money and a wonderful way to taste a wider range throughout a meal. More places should adopt this.

Misses: Sea bass (fairly "fishy" - not a great sign of freshness) Sides were bland.

"Bavette" of beef (skirt steak) was bland and tough.

The atmosphere was pleasant, but fairly loud (like a Wagamama w/o the kitchen).
