I went to Umu first cookery class last Saturday. What a fantastic way to spend a morning. Ichiro went through a full menu from Kyoto that we tasted as the same time he was doing the cooking demontration. We probably tasted 10 dishes with a mysterious selection of sake. It was really worth every penny! I learned so much on Japanese cuisine and ingredients. I think it is once month. I have already my place for the next one!
