The Medieval Banquet

These bad reviews are really uncalled for, what I would say is don't come here if you're in desperate need of a sense of humour transplant! You need to let your hair down and get into the swing of it to get your moneys worth. Ok the wine's not great and the foods not exactly gourmet but the entertainment's great especially Samson the strong man! It's not the sort of place you're going to keep going back to but it's definately worth one visit! I also found the staff extremely good.

Sarastro

Whats with all these bad reviews, took my mother on sunday for the £25 opera menu and what fantastic value for money it turned out to be. The food was fine but it was the entertainment that made the night (and the toilets). The service was also fantastic with polite and friendly staff and I was impressed with the wine list. A bottle of decent house red at £13.00 seems fair enough to me. All in all I would recommend this resturant experience to anyone. Our total bill came to £70 which included service, and considering we were there for almost four hours i see this as extremely good value!
