Marcus Wareing at the Savoy Grill

We went for the pre-theatre dinner. The food and service were both at a high standard. The meal wasn't too rushed (despite us having limited time) and the waiters were efficient and polite.

The restaurant itself is quite nice - the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

In terms of value for money the meal we had was reasonable - considering the quality of the food.

On the whole a nice meal, although there weren't any real distinguishing features to make it stand out, above other places in the same price range.

Gow's Restaurant & Oyster Bar

Very impressed with Gow's. The food is excellent and if you're a seafood lover it's a great place to visit. The ambience is nice with a quiet, dignified air. Service wise it is very good indeed - the staff are friendly and attentive. Price wise, it is good value for money. I can really recommend it.

Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's

Excellent food, very good service. The taster menu was varied and well put together. It isn't cheap, but we didnt leave hungry.

Altogether a great evening.
