Skylon
We booked the a table in the Grill on Saturday evening. There's a range of slightly dozy staff at the front desk and at the bar - no communication between them so you have to make clear when you want to go to your table - could have been stuck for hours.
The food was dreadful - slimy under-cured gravadlax, calves liver with bacon that could re-sole a shoe, under-cooked chips and worst of all a fish-cake with a rancid after-taste (probably cooked in old oil, but definitely not healthy).
None of the numerous staff knew how to deal with someone who told them the food was not "alright" - why ask if you're not capable of doing something about it? Definitely to be avoided.

Elena's L'Etoile
We went here last Friday - whilst the restaurant is atmospheric the food lacks finesse and is certainly over-priced for mediocre cooking - burnt rosti, potatoes cooked in stale oil, over-cooked duck. Service was less than slick, but friendly. Pity - with a fresh approach in the kitchen this could be a really good place to eat.

Incognico
I have been to Incognico twice using the £25 for 3 courses offer it's well worth it - the food is is good without being execptional the mackeral starter and rump of lamb stood out. Yes the tables are close together and the service can be a little rushed, but the staff are good and will slow things down if asked.

Cigala
Quite a feat for staff to be so rude that we left without ordering. At first glance the menu seemed over-priced - it may have proved worth it, but unless you are made to feel welcome pretty unlikely.
