Ciao Bella

it's really italian. great food, a lot of noise, great service (really firendly). I just dont't like the decor or the fact that the tables are so close together that we look like we are in a feeding factory. But the food is really 5 stars. The pizzas are really italian style and the pastas are always cooked perfectly. the starters are great, the olives too, but the desserts are only average and expensive.

it's like our second home! we go there twice a week. the prices are great, the food is good and the service is really friendly. the place isn't beautiful, ok. but that would be too much to ask.

Golden Dragon

Awful experience! We were a group of four, having dinner on a Saturday night. We ordered three main courses. The duck was clearly not fit for consumption (we all tried it). When we asked for it to be replaced, we were told that as we had already tried it, they wouldn't do it! We said: "ok, then just take it away". Then, they were clearly trying to rush us out, always asking "have you finished?". They would take empty dishes and cans from the table making a lot of noise. They then brought us the bill even before we had any dessert or tea. Still, we asked for tea. Then the bill came, all written in chinese, of course. When we asked for an explanation, they came shouting: "You had, two chicken, righ?! And you had a duck, right?! And you had (...), right?!". When we made the sum it just didn't add up: a 10% service charge had been added without asking and despite the fact that this is totally optional (it is for the customer to choose whether or not to give). We complained and said that with that kind of experienence we really didn't want to give any service charge. We were told: "Why don't you want to pay the service charge?" We said we hadn't enjoyed the service and that, anyway, it was optional, so they shouldn't automativally add it to the bill. He had the nerve to ask: "You didn't like the service?" Finally, a new bill without service charge was brought (but with the bad duck charged). We will never, ever, go there again.
