I used to go to this restaurant once every two weeks, taking so many friends there and making them love the cousine in this stylish place, but no more. Been there last time last saturday and i've never felt so uncomfortable before. They had problems with the system, therefore the food arrived 45 minutes late (fine, we asked after we were waiting for 1/2 an hour what happened to our order... no apologies! but that's not a problem!), when we asked for our bill, the manager or supervisor(the person we asked it to), with an annoying attitude told us we couldn't pay but credit card but just by cash as there was only a terminal working, and this would have taken a while. That almost seemed it was the customers fault! I just felt to point out, extremely politely as i work in a restaurant as well, that we have been waiting enough for our food and we couldn't wait another hour to settle our bill, making our lunch break a 2 hours long meal. At that point he just told me that if i wanted i could wait otherwise, the bill was on them, making me realize, that i should have gone back to my sit, shut up and stopped annoying him. Of course i paid, as that wasn't the point of my complaining ... the waiter anyway put a smile on our face pointing out that he wouldn't have asked for any tips at the end! great food, lovely place, great service by the waiters but let the manager know to have a deep breath when he talks to people!
