Fabulous meal. Four of us went to dinner of Saturday, the food was truly fantastic. We probably over ordered, but it was so delicious, not a thing was left. Favourites were the pork belly main and yellow fin starter - these were a must have! Service excellent, pricey but worth every penny! If you haven't been and you love food, this is a must!

Hakkasan

Absolutely appalling, the best I can say is that out of 7 dishes, 2 were passable. When the waiters removed barely touched plates of food, now questions were asked. Staff aloof and service terrible. 3 of us ate out, all of us love Chinese food, but we all agreed that we have eaten better takeaways.

We would like to have put this bad experience down to bad ordering but 3 people and 7 dishes would suggest otherwise.

Upside? There was none!

St Alban

Yet again a great meal! Six of us and not one person disappointed. Courgette flowers to start were delicious.

Would thoroughly reccommend.

We had really high expectations as this was a birthday celebration, but unfortunately the food was well below average.

I had prawns to start, which were tasteless and tough. I ordered "Pink" calves liver which came up in sliced and in a sauce - which the waiter should have informed me of when i requested it pink. The 3 people with me had similar experiences, the best thing ordered was the rabbit which was very nice.

The service was good and the decor very nice.

I would definately not recommend nor would i go back.
