Pearl Liang

Excellent place. A bit hard to find (in Sheldon Square, near Yakitoria) but it's worth the trouble. Having lived in China for 6 months, I can say that this is definitely the best Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. The food is superb and varied and not particularly expensive, the service is excellent, the bar is very funky, and the music is great. It's totally unlike the sort of drab/functional Chinese restaurants you find in Chinatown but the food is just as good, if not better. I can't recommend it enough!
