If you can get past the decor this is a great restaurant which serves the best food in Teddington (if you know Teddington, you know that is quite a compliment) even with Augerge & Petit Auberge just a few yards away.
The food was perfect, the service efficient but unobtrusive & the final bill surprising. To get this quality of food for such a reasonable price just adds to the feeling that this is an exceptional place to eat.
We've just moved out of Teddington but will be making the journery back just to eat @ Noel's.

Food 10 | Service 10 | Atmosphere 8 | Value for money 10
It would be no exageration to suggest that this is one of the finest French restaurants in SW London. Clement & his staff are friendly & efficient. The food always seems to arrive at the right time & you never feel rushed or ignored. They get the balance just right. But this is no good if the food isn't up to the service. There are no worries on that front. The food is of the highest quality both in the ingredients used & the final result. Whether you want a quick lunch, the Croque Monsieur is the best I've ever had or something more sustancial, their steak are always cooked to perfection & don't get me started on the deserts. Simply a great restaurant.

Food 10 | Service 10 | Atmosphere 9 | Value for money 9
We visited with my partners family over from Switzerland for the weekend. We were looking for a "typical" french restaurant. From the previous reviews this restaurant seemed to fit the bill & we weren't disapointed.
This is a great restaurant offering basic, good quality food, cooked well, they got my medium rare steak just right. The service is friendly although I agree that they would benefit from an extra pair of hands in the evening but that is my only critisism.
We liked it so much that we have already booked f2 more evenings there to introduce others to this delightful place.
