Blah Blah Blah

I would eat here dailly if possible. Never had to complain about any thing here apart from food not being piping hot, only but once. This eating place would do well to move from this rundown part of sheperds bush i think . Their prices are very reasonable, food excellent and service could be improved with more smiles and better unifoms. Well done for having NS sooner than later.

Surprised to see a few bad reviews but we could not fault it, apart from our waiter who looked tired and with a "i am not bothered" sort expression. Nevertheless the food was excellent . The tostada was crisp, vegetables well seasoned, and the jalapino sauce was perfect. The pie was also well made and Susan enjoyed it .A bit more more sauce perhaps . The deserts were both not to be forgotten for sometime. I had the crumble and she the cheesecake. We shall return to enjoy more of their recipies.

We arrived pretty late on saturday but they welcomed us warmly. The place was almost full and all were having a good time. The food was superb. For starters i had the asparagus tartlet made with very flaky puff pastry, filled with a bernaise sauce and finished with fresh roasted asparagus. Fussy Sara had the halloumi toast ,served with a mango salsa. She went for it and finished every bit. She said she would be back for this lovely dish. The mains arrived too fast but the taste buds did not complain. Sara had the middle eastren pie and loved it. Even the hommous and fresh pickled veg served with it were full of nice flavours .I had the Tostada which was a huge sandwich of beans, sweet potato and corn in sheets of crisp tortillas topped with an avacardo salad, served with a jalapino sauce. The taste and presentation could not be faulted. For dessert we shared the cheesecake which again was outstanding. We were having a race we realised when it was gone. I was'nt too impressed with the coffee but the nicest nosh made up for everything.
