Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's

very disappointing. food was under seasoned and bland. chicken was just on the verge of being over cooked (I have cooked much better chicken myself). Interior is lovely, and staff are attentive, but mainly keen on making sure you get through the wine (so lots of profit).

Mr Ramsay needs to spend more time keeping an eye on his proteges', and less time opening a new restaurant every week, otherwise he will lose his reputation very quickly.
