I've been to arbutus a few times now but the lunch I had last week was the best meal there so far. We had the porchetta which was fabulous, I wished I'd ordered it before, and steak tartare - beautiful but I like it with more punch and more seasoning to cut the rich egg yolk. The lamb main course was a cracker, the texture of the rump was so soft and was perfectly pink the whole way through. We tried a number of wines thanks to the possibility of ordering by the carafe, and left feeling thouroughly satisfied! The cooking is top drawer and very good value. I look forward to my next visit.
