I have been to Satsuma a few times now and the last time I went I was impressed with the waiter that served us. He was very friendly and helpful and even apologised when our food was slow to come even though it was very busy that night.

I usually order the bento box and its very filling and decent value for money.

I would definitely come back here to eat again, its nothing fancy but the food is decent.

The staff are not exactly rude, but definitely do not make any effort whatsoever to be friendly or helpful. This is probably because most of them do not speak fluent english and I did hear a member of staff gossiping loudly in Chinese in front of customers which I found a bit odd.

The food was not great, just average, not worth coming back here to eat unless you're not too picky about your food. I was unimpressed with the selection on the conveyor belt. A "sushi" which was literally just sweetcorn with seawood wrapped around it made me laugh. Not authentic at all!

The total price was over £30 and plus they add a 5% service charge which I think is not justified!!!
