The Rotisserie (Whetstone)

Food good

Was taken to the Whetstone branch to celebrate my friends 70th birthday. After being seated we asked for the lights to be turned up over our table as it was so dark that none of us could read the menu. My host who is partial blind was told when he asked for the lights to be set to maximum "maybe you would like a torch as well" which deeply upset him. When his wife asked for her steak to be well done she was told by the waitress"You might as well have my leather boots and put sauce on them"Extra bread took 20 minutes to come extra wine 25 minutes. First course was served and a peri peri saugage rolled off the plate onto the table. No apolige or effort to retifiy the situation. Service just was appalling

email was send twice to general manager who till now has not responded which fits in with the bad service of the restaurant

The whole evening was spoilt for my host by the sacastic comments made by the staff .
