Great Eastern Dining Room

What a great night! Tuesday night, so the downstairs bar wasn't open but started with a cocktail in the ground floor bar. Great service, completely unpretentious and friendly and a good, strong inexpensive cocktail (£6).

Then to the meal.. Excellent service again, really friendly girl explaining the dishes, obviously trying to get rid of a couple of dishes but having a laugh when I teased her about it. The food was great - big portions and incredibly tasty.

Not really 'cheap', but when the bill came (£105 for 2) it seemed like great value, although I'd definitely give the cheap Pinot Noir a miss next time!

This place felt really chilled out but served really good food and the service was pretty much perfect.

Crazy Homies

Brilliant Mexican food, good choice of Mexican beers, interesting people and a fun atmosphere - VERY highly recommended.

Don't go if you are the sort who is paranoid and thinks you are being ignored - there is virtually no service! When you're hungry or thirsty you just have to act like a caveman and grab what you can.

You won't mind though because the food is superb and the service is rubbish for everyone, even the beautiful people :)
