I went to Asia de Cuba last week with a few clients to try the wagyu sampler. Armed with a company credit card we shared two orders and were not disappointed despite the price. The grilled wagyu sirloin had a smooth buttery flavour and texture with a strong beefy finish. The waiter said something about it had to do with the beast being grain fed as opposed to grass fed. The wagyu tartar spiced with olives, almonds, lime and something slightly spicey I could not identify practicaly slides down your throat. The wagyu shoulder and the sides were also excellent. All in it was a great beef experience but thats easy to say when your on expense account. . I would do it again (for special occasions only).
