Maybe things have improved since the last reviewer. Delightful staff, very friendly atmosphere. A relatively cheap and cheerful oasis in the most expensive part of town. Excellent pasta and pizzas.

What a treat! Seven of us had the best Chinese meal we have had for a very long time. from the hot and sour soup and the greaseless, flaky spring rolls stuffed with crunchy vegetables, through the superb moist Crispy Duck, to the several dishes that followed, all excellent (Chicken Kung Po and sizzling beef fillet particularly recommended). What was particularly noticed was the superb, attentive service from our waitress - something other Chinese restaurants could well do to emulate.
Prices medium, approx £20-25 per head, but the portions are very generous, so this is good value, especially for such very high quality

Went for dinner in a large group celebrating a friend's birthday. The service was, contrary to what has been said below, excellent. The waiting staff could not have done a better, friendlier job. As for the food - well, this was one of the most memorable meals I have had. A ham hock and foie gras terrine, followed by a wonderful duck confit, and then the best tarte tatin (and I'm very fussy about my tarte tatin) I have had since one in Normandy about 15 years ago. It seems everyone else was equally happy with their choices. Delicious breads, a lovely atmosphere in the subtly lit room. A great evening, thank you.
