The fact that the whole restaurant is based around 'hummus' which is bland and flavourless seems to be a massive oversight by the owners.
Also the tabouli was drowned in some kind of sauce (which might have been better off going in the hummus to provide some taste) and didn't have nearly enough herbs.
This place seems like a prime example of what happens when you 'cater for the English market' by omitting garlic and fresh herbs - a really boring, pointless meal.
Service was pretty good, though. And the hot apple drink was very nice..
