La Petite Maison

Promptly and politely greeted when we arrived, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant when we arrived at 7.15pm, however soon filled up quickly. The food was delicious, love the idea of sharing all the dishes. We shared 3 entrees and 2 mains between 2 and that was absolutely plenty. The food came out of the kitchen too quickly, we ordered and we had our entrees within 5 minutes, mind you we did have cold entrees, but still you want to be able to enjoy the atmosphere and have a drink. The service was good, however slightly disappointing, we had lots of different waiters coming to our table, and the plates were taken away too quickly, literally took the last mouth full and the plate was whisked away – we felt like we were being rushed!

Overall would definitely go back and would recommend to others, however make sure the waiters don’t rush you, enjoy the atmosphere and the yummy food and wine!
