The Mayflower

As per other recent comments, a rude landlord, completely overpriced food and all the atmosphere and lively banter of a closed library. A fantastic restaurant in Tunnel Road 2 mins walk away deserves to drive this place into the ground but unfortunately this "pub" is marketed as a tourist destination these days where repeat visits are unlikely in any case. Really dire and a great shame as under previous management this used to be pretty much the best place to go in the area.
