Food For Thought
I have been to this place a few times now at lunchtime. The food is ok. It does meet the expectations on the spicy front though. Had the Carribean dish expecting it to be spicy as per description but is was not. I also found the staff quite sullen.

Cumberland Spice @ One St John's
We went to the buffet at the weekend. The food was good, spicy but a little oily. The waiters were friendly - but we were the only ones in there. It is attached to the hotel so sometimes you can get large groups. I would recommend it.
