Il Bordello
Great place. It's always buzzing and the staff are friendly and funny. Huge varied menu with plenty of specials. My God, the portions are huge. I went yesterday night (a Saturday) in a party of 23 and everybody loved it. The best Italian I've been to anywhere. The mango and crabmeat starter was excellent and the duck breast in port sauce was very very good. It is one of those places where you can't decide what to have as there so many great choices.

We went there last night on the special offer menu. Fantastic all ound. They served the champagne immediately and it was so nice we ordered another bottle. The service was friendly and polite throughout and the three courses were accompanied by various amuses-bouche which was a nice touch. The setting is grand to say the least but the tables are well spead out so no crowding at all. The food was posh but very very nice. I can only give it a 10 all round which is rare these days. Well done.
