Napket (Chelsea)

I have just returned from Napket on the Kings Road and feel compelled to tell you all how fabulous it is!!

(I am sooo shocked to see a negative review!)

Napket is the best lunch experience i've had in London in a long time. It feels like a cross between a tiny baroque boutique hotel in Paris and a cute New York deli. I live in Chelsea and am soo happy that we finally have something of this standard. I have already arranged to take girlfriends there next weekend!!

The salads, sandwhiches and cakes are so delicious. Everything is prepeared for you (attentively) on a chic wooden tray and the salad dressings come in trendy little plastic test tubes. There is a fantastic range of juices and teas, I chose pomegranate juice and fresh mint tea.

I sat in the really cute bar area (better than tables if you're alone) chose an album from the ipod built into the bar and had the best lunch ever!

There are only 25 covers so i'm already worried i wont get a seat again after writing this. I just love the ambiance and the cool clientele. It is so small and intimate and incredibly relaxing!

Whats soo suprising is the price!! For the 2 of us for lunch the bill came to £13. (sanwhiches, salads juice and tea)

Not exactly expensive in Chelsea!

Im completely addicted to Napket. Wonderful!
