Prezzo (Brentford)

This restaurant is in a lovely setting overlooking the river brent. I have eaten here several times and the food is really delicious across the board (pizza, pasta, risotto etc).

The service is attentive and friendly and there is always a nice atmosphere. There is usually a good mix of families, friends and couples.

The prices are reasonable and there is quite a nice choice on the menu.

The one thing that I think could be improved is the selection of wines, although it isn't bad it could do with being a little better and with more choice. All in all, a really fantastic restaurant.

The Weir Bar & Dining Room

I have been here several times for a drink and have often encountered bad service. Once a friend and I thought we would try out the food, but we gave up after waiting for ages for service (on a very quiet evening) despite our efforts to let them know we wanted to order.

The service has not been bad everytime, just most times, and to the extent when it is very bad to the point of rudeness. Granted, if you wanted to try it out, you might get the staff on a 'good' day.
