Riverpoint Restaurant

I arranged a surprise lunch here on Fatherís day and even though there was no special provision made we had a wonderful experience. The prices were not on the expensive side, with the ambience, quality of food and service it was perfect for a special occasion.

As we arrived early afternoon we had drinks in the bar, and the bar staff were very attentive and professional (although one of the waiting staff appeared to be ignoring us) the menu was diverse, with novel combinations and classics.

The prawns were divine, my dad had the Rib of beef, and my brother the roast pork with crackling- both was delicious. The portions were on the medium side - but that's just my greedy stomach talking because at the end of the 2 course meal I felt wonderfully satisfied and full (and nicely so - not stuffed!) The Sea bass that my mum had was both good value and incredibly tasty.

The toilet could do with some attentiveness but clean and well decorated. All in all a wonderful experience that I would recommend!
