Savoir Faire

I had an absolutely excellent experience here my last night visiting London. Perfectly cooked foie gras and absolutely spectacular pork belly, and all for a solid price (particularly for a traveler coming to London with a terribly imbalanced exchange rate). The house wine was solid and dessert, the tarte tatin, was also very good (and I'm not really a dessert person).
