Sapori

We love Sapori. It's certainly not nouveau cuisine, the portion sizes are a bit too big if anything, and it's definitely not a place to go if you are on a diet. If like us however you enjoy the occasional indulgent meal we recommend it. It's not the cheapest either but competitive for the area. The atmosphere is always good and it's really hard to imagine someone had a curt waitress - the staff are friendly an bubbly and make the place.

La Ballerina

We ate here on Thursday night at about 8.30pm. It wasn't full and had a quiet feel. The decor is tired and outdated. The food was actually pretty tasty but not going to win awards. This is a place for simple Italian classics. For the area the prices are reasonable. I prefer much prefer Sapori round the corner.

Mudra

Does anyone know what's happening at Mudra? Are they reopening? It closed in February for kitchen refurbishment and it's still shut.
