Went last wednesday at 6pm. Phoned to check it was open, its only line was engaged for 25mins so we just turned up.
Nice welcome but then just left to it really, most staff were busy having dinner and reading the paper (have no problem with this river cafe style informality but its kinda frustrating when there is no one to serve!)
Food was terrific, especially the rib with horseradish butter and all of the vegetables were superb (particularly the potatoes in duck fat.
Dont try the valpolicella though, really not nice for £6.50 a glass.
