The Punjab

Best indian restaurant in London. I don't like spicy or greasy food and it is a pleasure to go there. The food is not heavy and the desserts are very noce: not too sweet and not bland.

A great address!

Ginnan

The food is extremely fresh and the service is really good.

However, it is a bit pricey to eat inside the restaurant. I nevertheless recommend the take away which is good value for money.

Very nice restaurant. The service is very good.

Coco Momo (Marylebone)

I had twice brunch at Coco Momo. Although the place was full when arrived, we had to wait only 10 min to get a seat both times.

The service is very good and the food is very nice too for a brunch.

The only thing I could criticize is the orange juice which is too acid. The rest was really good.

Patterson's

We went to Patterson three years ago for New Year's Eve dinner. We had the special 7 course dinner. The service was excellent and the food was beautiful.

I shall definitely try it again on a non special occasion.

Ristorante Semplice

We've been with my boyfriend at Semplice to celebrate the year before our wedding. I've got one word only: FANTASTIC! The food was marvellous. It is exactly the kind of food and experience that cannot be done at home or with extreme difficulty. Which is even more pleasing to have it in this restaurant.

Although the service was perfect: the waiters were attentive enough but not overwhelming.

Last thing: the cheese platter is EXCEPTIONAL. It is really worth it!

2 Veneti

We recently had dinner at 2 veneti with two other members of my family.

Although the food was correct, it did not have this "dazzling" effect we could expect from a more than average italian restaurant. The seafood pasta sauce was not fresh and the dish could easily be done at home from frozen products.

The portions were very average. A 3 course meal is a minimum to fill you up.

It is a bit pricey for the food quality and quantity.

Last thing, the service is way too familiar for the restaurant aspirations. This could be nice in a small pizzeria but not in this kind of restaurant.
