Cote (Covent Garden)
I took my friends to Cote several times with confidence and I was not mistaken.
Though two things dissapointed me a little. First one is, the calamari was removed from the starters of the set menu. and Mushroom crepe is not in the menu anymore, it is really unbelievable. It was the most mensioned dish of the restaurant.

Cote (Covent Garden)
I have been to Cote at Covent Garden this evening for dinner. It was rather busy and I had to book after 9 pm.
Obviously majority of the customers are there before or after theatre performances. But just because of the curiousity I had, I went out to see the place leaving home from South London. I can easily say that it worths.
Calamari as starter was served good looking and fast. Mushroom crepes definetely wouldn't disappoint anyone. Gently browned edges of the crepe was a pleasure to eat with melted Gruyère cheese surrounding it. Amount of the spinach and mushroom was satisfactory.
Linguine with Seafood as main dish is a good choice if you are after feeling light and fresh after having your dinner. Linguine pasta is served with with tiger prawns, mussels, clams and squid sautéed in garlic, chilli, shallots, white wine and cherry tomatoes, all handsome and tasty.
Chocolate Fondant helps those who adore chocolate. I always liked the idea of having warm desserts so I liked fondant also. I was off the ground but I must admit I have made wrong choice with accompanying ice cream. They did not have vanilla ice cream and I prefered strawberry instead. Maybe I should have chosen chocolate ice cream.
Obviously how you are served and treated is as important as the food taste. Seeing smiling staff all around makes you feel you are in a happy world.
I m quite happy I have chosen Cote for dinner tonight. I highly recommend with pleasure.
